Q: Why do I need to fill out payment information if my total $0.00?
A: You don’t. PixelPro.io runs on Squarespace and all products including free ones run through the checkout system. That being said, you can leave any payment information blank as it is not needed to complete an order with a total of $0.00.
Q: Why can’t I view the animation files?
A: Some of our animation files are .mov files which is not supported in the windows media player. You can view these files in OBS Studio by adding them into your scene as a media source. You can also download QuickTime or the VLC Media Player.to view them in Windows.
Q: Why isn’t my download link working?
A: After placing your order you will be given a download link for each product you ordered. This link will expire after 24 hours. If you need help with your download link please contact us via the contact page here. Please include your order number in your request.
